PPD Cactus Park A9 900 Dispatch · Oct 18, 5:08PM · 0:21

911 Ocean for traffic. Go ahead. 2651 Adam at 3402 West Campbell Avenue. It's a south side park. It's on the northwest side of the park, just north of the parking lot. A gray and white pit bull dog is tied to a tree with no food or water. Complainant doesn't, says it doesn't appear aggressive. No one is seen around the area. No answer at the Humane Society. Robert, is your contact at 1709?
