Understand, you're responding out for a person down at 30th Avenue South and Beach Boulevard South. Reporting party advised there is a female passed out, possibly intoxicated. We do have PD responding to the call. This is going to be possibly the southeast corner. She's now up and walking and threatening to urinate on people, and she's walking towards the water. Last seen wearing green shirt, blue jeans, long brown hair, and she's by herself. Copy that.
