12-12 for a past traffic, 4000 Offutt Road, 4000 Offutt Road, off of Winand and Sunset Ridge, between church and the location. There's a long-haired dog that's been hit, and it's in the middle of the road. Caller unwitnessed the incident, advised she did see a light-colored small pickup sitting near a school, unknown if it's involved. Advise it's west of location, maybe closer to Owings Mills Boulevard.
