3 Baker 43, have you respond to a hazard, suspect's still in the area, 56th and Crown Point, 56th and Crown Point. Caller states a dark blue Mustang with faint cobwebs across the hood and the rear of the car. Red stuff on the front grill, doing burnouts in the street. It's gone around the neighborhood four times, no weapons, no injuries. Raptor advised that the driver is a Hispanic male with a white jacket and black pants. 3 Baker 43. Clear.
