Also pedestrians have no idea how hard they actually are to see. I know this because I feel very visible when I'm walking, like everyone's staring at me lol but no, especially if I'm wearing dark clothes. Reflection, walkers, add reflective stuff so you can live another day
I'd say that would be an amazing place for another walk bridge, but pedestrians just ignore the bridge 80% of the time, so the cost isn't worth it.
