I have a suspicious person, 3010 Woodhull Avenue. Caller states a suspicious male came to his door, stated he was delivering a pizza. Caller said he did not order a pizza, that the male ex-used his phone. When the caller told him no, the male at the door told him that he would perform an explicit act on him. Caller told him no, then the male walked towards Arthur Road.
