This juvenile disturbance out at Schroeder Park, 1301 South Folsom. Our caller, Michael, says four juveniles started a fire at the park, but they were able to put it out. It looks like two of them are still on scene hiding. There's a 16-year-old, white male, unknown clothing, and a 12-year-old white male in a blue shirt.
