13 for check. 13. 14425 5 Avenue South. Homeowner Larissa just arrived home. Says there's a male sitting on her porch that appears very confused. Says he's not sure where he is or where he's supposed to be. He does have a little bit of blood on his chin, but no other injuries. Described it as a white Hispanic male in his 60s wearing a light green jacket, Hawaiian shirt, and blue pants. 14425 5 Avenue South.
