21 and 12, I got a disturbance at Kildare Mill, 127 West Rodney French. The mother is on scene in a gray Subaru Forester stating that her 13-year-old daughter left the house without permission. Her daughter is currently smoking vapes and is currently inside the mills right now, refusing to come out.
