Somerset Apartments, 1401 West Holmes, apartment 303. We have an anonymous caller who said a Debbie Jones, 46-year-old Black female in a white dress, was just let into the apartment by her boyfriend. Says she's not supposed to be there because she set fire in the apartment a few weeks ago.
