In the area of 2727 Olive Street, got a report of a suspicious motor vehicle in a male party. Motor vehicle described as a black sports car, no description of the male. Reason for the suspicious veil is that he exited a vehicle in front of 27 Olive, picked up what appeared to be a pipe, placed it in his trunk, and then left.
