Area of 11th and Edgewater. 11th and Edgewater. It's Cindy Collins that she was driving through the area, saw two people possibly engaged in an argument, continuously changing her story, then brought up the fact that she ran out of gas, was advised to call a tow truck. She also called in approximately an hour earlier, stating the same thing, not advising any other incidents of occurring. Be advised, we also got a check while being North Dixie Waterworks, possibly the caller for this suspicious.
