Signal 13 and Haystack. Complainant was advising a neighbor from 4659 Southwest 45th Lane has been yelling and screaming all night. Three people have left the residence since 5 o'clock. They appear to be homeless subjects that go to this location regularly. One's going to be a whiskey box shot, heavy-build, blonde hair, unknown clothing. He kept hearing them. She kept hearing them yelling, you're stealing and slamming doors. Only heard one male voice earlier. Complainant's not wanting to contact him at 740.
