If you guys could head to Taco Bell, 15500 Detroit. There's a male in a Toyota 4Runner that cut the drive-thru line, and the complainant believes that he might be intoxicated off some sort of substances. License plate is out of New York, King, David, Henry, 9556. It's a white Toyota 4Runner.
