143 Alpha and 144 Alpha, you're brawling at 4th Avenue South, 4th Street South. It says it's near an art museum. There was a male in a fight and two subjects fought him. No weapons involved. Both were black males in their 20s. One was wearing a black hoodie, black pants. The second one was wearing a blanket or shawl that was white with black stripes. Last seen headed eastbound on 4th Avenue South on foot.
