Media en route to 2104 North Breckenridge Street. I have a caller advising that there are children running around, banging on their windows. Caller advised she doesn't know who the children are. She said the children are probably 12 years of age. One of them is going to be wearing a royal blue shirt and red shorts. They're all going to be three black males, approximately 12 years of age. Caller only wants contact if it's necessary.
