It's going to be a driver that was in a gray Toyota CHR, plate of 8 King Mary William 912, that pointed a sword out of the vehicle as he was driving by. Last seen westbound EGB towards Harbor Point. Driver was a white male adult, late 20s, with blonde hair, glasses, a gray shirt, and black shorts.
