Okay, I have this vacant property, and then right after that on Detroit and upper end, the alarm, but I'll send you 7701 Lorain. This caller said it is a vacant property. Saw a black male wearing a red hoodie, black backpack, jeans, and black Nikes. Walked inside this vacant with a white female, gray hoodie, wearing capri jeans and New Balance shoes. Cat 80.
