Attention District 3 units, be advised we have a pending 505 at 27th Street and Capitol Avenue. It originally started in 7A, and the subjects rode westbound Folsom and are now at 27th and Capitol. It's about 30 male juveniles on bicycles taking over the street going westbound, popping wheelies and riding in front of vehicles causing near-miss 901s.
