507 South 4th. Complainant's grandfather's on location, intoxicated, refusing to leave. It's a Ramon Gramado. It's a Hispanic male wearing a blue shirt, jeans, brown belt. It's associated with a green Chevy single cab. He's currently outside the residence. Unknown weapons. He did advise that the, he did this previously and had a pistol on him.
