43's en route. Civil disturbance, 4932 Broadleaf Court, Cross Street, Alderridge Way. RP said he was outside to play football, asked the neighbor to move his vehicle and was threatening to bring other people over to fight him. He was threatening to punch RP in the mouth. Currently, 10 people are outside wanting to fight RP and his friend.
