CC3, responding fall patient, the Sleep Center, Butler Plaza, 3242 Southwest 35th Boulevard, 3242 Southwest 35 Boulevard, Sleep Center, Butler Plaza. Our patient is a 20-year-old female, conscious, breathing, not alert after a fall, which occurred at grand level accidentally. She's not responding normally. She's not completely alert. The extent of her injuries is unknown. We do know she injured her head in the fall. She's no longer on the floor.
