Calling in saying there is a dark green Dodge Hellcat that's been reckless, speeding up and down on Bald Hills and Sorenson. They almost hit a FedEx driver, and it's been ongoing all day. They do believe that they are associated with a tweaker property in the area and is requesting at least a phone call.
