On the intersection of West High and Elm Street, West High and Elm Street. Reporting parties stated that she was driving by and a female in distress threw something at the caller's vehicle. Female's going to be described as a white female, blonde curly hair, tall and thin, wearing a black tracksuit. The driver apparently is parked nearby with a flash. You're still getting further?
