3101, 3102, 3541 West Genesee Street, the Ulta Beauty. Caller's a Tyler House dork. Says a black male in his 30s just came into this door and stole a bunch of fragrances and then left on a bike. However, he dumped his bike in the parking lot. He's currently trying to get back up on the bike.
