Police have received a report of two aggressive dogs abandoned on the roof of a residence.

I have an animal complainant, 2803 2nd Avenue, saying there's two aggressive dogs on the roof of the residence, that the subjects have been evicted and it appears they've abandoned them. Break. Go ahead. There is a hazard for a Bobby Williams subject that is known to listen to the scanner and has fled on multiple occasions prior to law enforcement's arrival, but it's from February of 2025. 10-4.
