10-4, queue for 1705 Kildare Farm Road at Spring Arbor of Cary, reference to a 79. Again, 79-year-old female, conscious of breathing, has fallen. No social concerns reported. Just gave me a recent fall that was ground level with an unknown reason for the fall. The injury is to the head with no bleeding at this time. Patient is no longer on the floor, is completely alert, no difficulty breathing. Final coding is 17 Bravo 1. Patient is going to be located in the living room of the memory care unit.
