Dispatch to Engine 83, actually responding for an elevator trouble at 1111 East Capitol Drive. Caller is an employee at the front desk, stated that there's a resident possibly stuck on the elevator on the third floor. The emergency button panel was pressed, but there is no voice contact with the elevator when the button is pressed.
