Chief 241 responding, Applebee's, 260 Noble Boulevard. Received a call from the premise. They advised they were having problems with their water heater. They have an electrical odor inside and saw light smoke coming out of the panels in the dining room near the back car side to-go door. Your EMS is going to make you 440 and you can use Ops 2. Attention units, box 4102, command on Ops 2. 1631.31.
