for a argued possible person with a weapon, 3020 812 East Sharp. Carl was calling in saying that his landlord got into his backyard and they were arguing with each other. Clayton was making threats to grab a baseball bat and hit his landlord with it. They were arguing quite a bit and then separated. Now I believe it's the landlord that's calling in saying that the tenant approached him with a machete, but they're now separated. And they were arguing with each other. The machete is now put away.
