Engine 15, the man down at the bus stop at Pine and Lewis, 1500 North Lewis. They think it's the one that's in front of the Walgreens. There's a guy laying under a sleeping bag. A caller said they jerked him last night and he still hasn't moved. Can just see their hand sticking out and it looks severely swollen. Answers responding on that page 1222. Engine 7, priority two psych issues, 4th and Harvard. 400 South Harvard. There is a 50-year-old male walking around naked. He's currently walking southbound. DPD has this call and EMS is responding on that page 1224.
