Police have received a report of sand barrels blown over into traffic lanes on the interstate.

Both cars, start for hazard on the interstate, I-680 East and Pacific Street. That's I-680 East and Pacific. Caller states there are some sand barrels that have been blown over into traffic lanes on the edge of the ramp. It's most likely related to the crash earlier that NDFD was supposed to repair. 95. 95, we can show that Code 7. The barrels are still full of sand. There is no way we can move them, and they're not blocking roads. There's road cones there. We put them up.
