We have a report of a prowler. It's going to be at 7780 McCollum Boulevard, apartment 2211. It's going to be a Spanish speaker. They advise a Latin male in unknown color, possibly plaid clothing, prowling by his front door. No one is breaking in right now. Unknown. Possibly has a cell phone in his hand. We'll take it.
