We have a caller, Nash Road at Monterey. Subject on a bike wearing a black ski-mask, trying to open vehicles. Negative weapons. Advising we'll be between the house and the back parking lot of the school. Unknown race subject, black shirt or a sweater. Copy. Any further descriptors on that?
