9 Alpha 534, copy, road debris? Go ahead. This one's 3500 South I-15 northbound. It actually might be a 10-46. It sounds like somebody hit a tire and now it's stuck under their vehicle. They're going to be pulled over on the right shoulder. The maroon 2016 Acura RDX, unknown who lost the tire. Copy, 17 from 3300 South I-15, cell phone. 1911.
