We have a check on the welfare, 300 Southridge Street. It's going to be outside of Miss Wister's. Alan is calling. He states he was following a Toyota Camry that was driving in and out of the road. It appears there was damage to the front doors. He was able to get the car pulled over. The operator was Linda. She's a 57-year-old female in her 80s. She appears confused. He took her keys, and they're going to be waiting outside the diner.
