Town 4. It's going to be the 961, 24th Drive and Union Hills. King 237 Charlie is already out there doing 508, but he's going to need somebody to help him out with reports. There's three vehicles involved, red SUV, a white Kia Optima. Both license plates are attached to the call, and it looks like the number one lane is blocked. It's 1755. 221 Charlie, I'm already aggregating the report portion.

24th Drive and Union Hills, just west. We will need a Patrol and Woodward Charlie unit for the report as we're here for 508 only. 10-4, showing you 23-04 508 only. And be advised, the number one westbound lane is blocked by these vehicles.
