Attention District 4 units, information on a 97 subject last seen in the area of Arlington Avenue and 19th Avenue about 4 ago. There was an unknown male riding around on a bicycle following the complainant, talking to himself and was trying to say something to the complainant and flashed a knife at them. It's going to be a male, Hispanic, 50, 6 foot, medium build, gray baseball cap, gray sweater, jeans, riding a black cruiser with a basket in the front. It was a 11-inch knife that the subject had. The one advice they did not want to report is they couldn't really understand what the male was saying, but they felt he was trying to intimidate them.
