Dispatch to 146 for a driving complaint. Go ahead. It's going to be in the area of the Sendix and the Associated Bank, 430 East Silverspring Drive. Caller states that a B-Mac Jeep, Boy David John 8295, was driving recklessly and almost hit the caller while trying to parallel park, moving wildly between the lanes. Subject just parked on the side of the street and walked into Sendix. Caller's willing to be a complainant and is no longer on the scene.
