David 10. David 5. David 10, David 5. 1893 Eureka Way, cross of West, it's a male transient, causing a 415, screaming at customers in the drive-thru. RP advised ongoing issues, possibly living 550. During the call, he went across the street at the common gas station. It's a white male, orange sweater, tan pants with a metal object in his hand. It was the manager of Starbucks reporting it.
