For officer safety, Jolly and Penn, Jolly and Penn. Had a caller who was not cooperative, refused to give us their name or want any contact. So they pulled out the Jolly and Penn. There's a black female and a black Honda that showed them a pistol, left eastbound. Apparently this is all over, some road rage incidents in the construction zones. Again, they left eastbound, black female driving a black Honda. No further. 1606. 289.
