Middle 10 units, a road rage incident from University and Allen, that headed northbound on Allen. Sounds like there was a vehicle kind of racing with someone who wasn't racing. Red Acura pulled up alongside 17. Ultimately, she doesn't want contact anymore, but the vehicle continued on, and it looks like the plate belongs on Churchill.
