2-13, if you look for a prior call for service, they'll explain where her apartment complex is at. Alpha 190, you have traffic. Affirmative. This is citizen at 701 Wall Street, unit 116. Caller advised they're being held against their will. They've talked to nursing staff about it. Keeps insisting they want to leave. Requesting to speak with PD. We were unable to make contact.
