Disturbance in progress, 4018 South 47th Street on the north side. Brian with Spectrum Maintenance is calling in. There was a 30-year-old unknown male, shining laser pointer into caller's eyes and trying to get into caller's vehicle. Possibly code 19 or code 74. While 13, the PR possibly left on foot.
