624 Josh, 8G at 10-4, 8385 North 7th Street, on the east side of the building. Two transients, white males with dark clothing, have a controlled fire behind the building, cross-dressing three 70s men, last seen moving from the property. Complainant called over on behalf of the property owner, who's out of town and watching the place for him. Can I have the KM file, 24-21 contact, it's 23-46.
