Metro, Orange IC. Orange IC. Just to update on conditions, we spoke with PD. The address 5150 Orange Avenue does not exist. And then they spoke to their dispatch, and they're confirming 5051 Apartment 2, which PD has previously checked out. I'm going to go ahead and cancel all units with exception of Engine 17. I'll remain at scene with PD to investigate, but so far it's unfounded. All units staged on the Orange incident can cancel with exception of Engine 17. All units staged on the Orange incident can cancel with exception of Engine 17.

Engine 17, stand back is because person is threatening to burn down the apartment building. That's correct. Engine 17, I copy. I'm staged, 50th block of Orange with PD. They have two units going at scene. I'll go ahead and establish Orange IC. From our vantage point, we have three sword guards, south apartment complex, nothing showing. We'll be standing back for a PD, establishing Orange.
