Lincoln 995, Lincoln 986. Go for both. Start for 1308 South 2nd at Mekong Cafe for a suspicious person. Caller advised a white male, last seen wearing a dark mask and backpack, is standing by the trees and walking around the business. Said he was last seen at 2nd and South Grand. Thinks he looks suspicious. Okay, it's en route.
