614 Tom. 614 Tom. Can you send me the 239? Copy, 239. 1610 East Highland Avenue, it's a quick trip. A security guard, white male, 30s, black polo, who is armed, followed our caller while she was shopping and then out to her vehicle. Caller complained to the security guard and he stated that he saw the complainant stole. Complainant wants PD out to speak with her and the security guard. at 1752, it's a fire.
