Disturbance in progress at 6701 South 14th at Wolt Branch Library. Employee Ryan's calling in. They have a 20 to 30-year-old White male, a mustache, gray and red striped sweater in the lobby, talking loud. Just generally being obnoxious. Sounds like another employee is with him trying to de-escalate. No Code 19, Code 10-4, and no weapons.
