Go ahead.This is suspicious of Telegraph Lofts, 200 South 21st in the lobby. Our caller, Joel, is in the general area and will accept contact. There's a 20 to 30s Black male, braided hair, unknown clothing that's carrying a cooler. Thinks that he might be having a 3-8 episode as he's talking to himself. He just keeps hanging around the lobby and riding up and down the elevators. They're concerned about the safety of staff. Telegraph Lofts in the lobby, 200 South 21st.
